LIFEMAXX stores your profile, account email, missions, life-list items, crew plans, journal entries, and time settings so the app can work across launches and restores.

The app is local-first. LIFEMAXX keeps a local state archive and companion snapshot inside its app group so your current state has a fallback recovery path on-device.

LIFEMAXX currently uses Firebase Authentication for email/password accounts and Firestore for cloud mirror and restore state. When your iPhone is signed into iCloud, some private app data can also mirror through Apple's CloudKit services.

If you enable mission reminders, LIFEMAXX may request notification permission. If you add proof photos, LIFEMAXX may request access to your photo library.

If iCloud sync is available, optional proof photos attached to journal entries may be included in your private sync state so your proof history can carry across installs on the same Apple account.

LIFEMAXX uses lightweight event analytics and crash reporting to troubleshoot beta issues such as failed restores, account issues, or startup problems. Diagnostics stay on-device unless you choose to share a support report, while analytics and crash events may be processed through Firebase services.

If you create an account in the app, password reset and account deletion controls are available inside the app's diagnostics/account screen.

LIFEMAXX is currently designed for beta testing and product improvement. Data handling details will continue to be updated here as the app changes.
