When reporting a bug, include:
- device model
- iOS version
- app build number
- what you were doing when the issue happened
- whether the issue happened during sign-up, sign-in, reset password, or restore
- whether iCloud sync was enabled on that device
Password reset and account deletion are also available inside the app's diagnostics/account screen.
